AVM FRITZ!Box 6842 and 6810 LTE

The Berlin-based communications specialist will be presenting a whole range of product innovations at the Cebit 2012 trade fair. These innovations will include two new FRITZ!Box models for LTE radio: The FRITZ!Box 6842 LTE and FRITZ!Box 6810 LTE both feature a new, elegant design that has been specially developed for LTE applications. The new LTE models combine all the key functions you require for communication in one device: LTE, WLAN N, LAN port, network storage function, phone and DECT base station, enabling you to make full use of the opportunities presented by LTE in your home network.

FRITZ!Box 6840 LTE

AVM is presenting a FRITZ!Box for the new LTE mobile phone standard. AVM’s very first LTE device, the new FRITZ!Box 6840 LTE combines all the functions important for communication in a single device – WLAN N, Gigabit, network storage, a telephone system, and a DECT base station. With the FRITZ!Box LTE, several users can connect to broadband via LTE radio at the same time, meaning that all the important features for the home network are ready for use around the clock on the LTE connection as well.

AVM has launched a range of new video guides. With a more entertaining way to learn about new functions and general topics such as WLAN, AVM wants to ensure that all customers can actually enjoy the wide range of features that come with a FRITZ!Box router. In addition to the new videos, existing FRITZ! Clips covering categories such as Internet, telephony, WLAN and home networking have been updated. The videos are available on AVM’s website www.avm.de/en and on YouTube.

FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 7390

FRITZ!Box 7390 not only unites in one device the functionalities of WLAN N, a telephone system, a DECT base, a media server and network storage, it also enables transfer rates in excess of 100 MBit/s over an integrated ADSL and VDSL modem. It additionally features super-fast gigabit Ethernet connections, and is the first to be able to use both the 2.4-GHz and the less-used 5-GHz wireless band at the same time. All this makes the new FRITZ!Box generation the ideal communication platform for the most demanding Internet and home-network users.

The FRITZ!Box 7270 offers unparalleled variety for your DSL connection in a single device. The WLAN N standard ensures optimum data, voice and film transmission.
